Working across a range of industries, since the age of 19 in oil & gas, commercial property construction, commercial property sales & management, audit & financial audit, human resources & customer service. My roles involved accounting support & audit, financial analysis & client management. Currently employed at DFES, to administer Federal funding to State & Local governments of WA for Disaster Recovery, as a Finance Officer. This has exposed me to all layers of government, and over time gives me an in-depth understanding of the reconstruction of essential public assets & community recovery. My strong passion for medicine was ignited when my mother barely survived terminal illness, leading me to attempt postgraduate entry into medical schools, which I still actively pursue on the side at my own pace, with a goal to eventually volunteer medically on the front line of Western Australia, and serve the people of the community that I so love. Other hobbies include weightlifting (max at .85 of body weight), PC building & investing in long term growth. I currently run a small business with some partners as an interest, which serves our curiosity and the local community, with future developments for acquiring the second foothold underway.
