Department: UHNW, Ultra High Net Wealth Position: Client Advisor Key responsibilities: -Acquisition of PRC UHNWI clients, sale of discretionary and advisory services and prospects across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currency, hedge funds and trust, universal life insurance etc.; -Client introduction to other product specialists from UBS IPS (Investment Product Specialist) Team to maximize cross-selling opportunities; -Generate bespoke investment solutions and advise PRC UHNWI clients for oversea wealth planning structures for their private and corporate needs; -Effectively collaborate with senior members of the company to fully utilize key relationships and build new client base through a Multi-Asset Strategy based approach to investment management; -Be part of major marketing and PR campaigns aimed at activating new Ultra High Net Worth Individual clients in mainland China, especial for second tier cities; -Closely cooperate with compliance division and ensure that all processes and standards are met and accurate (KYC etc.) to open the bank account; -Keep up-to-date knowledge of economic / market trends and be able to identify the key change triggers; -Build and constantly keep strong relationship with clients to ensure service satisfaction and meet on going requirements; -Conduct regular appraisals of clients’ portfolios, check that investments remain within objectives and risk boundaries.

Department: Business DevelopmentPosition: Business Development Manager Key responsibilities: -Responsible for restructuring Hong Kong office Business Department and responsible in developing a relationship in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and China mainland market; -Responsible for establishing and developing the institutional pipelines, such as banks, fund management company and other intermediaries for Singapore and Hong Kong offices. -Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Client Relationship activities for the North Asia market; -Develop and execute an individual business plan to achieve client acquisition, business referral and establish a book of new business; -Work within a collaborative environment to deliver the most appropriate products and services to our client base of high net worth individuals. -Drive revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious growth, and developing and maintaining the relationship with clients and intermediaries; -Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of the new market, representing the company at conferences, and networking event. Department: Headquarter of Asia Pacific (Singapore) Position: Manager Key responsibilities: -Analyze the M&A deals, conduct evaluations, due diligence, deal execution, prepare and presented final presentations; -Participate in the negotiations of M&A deals of Mining Investment in Indonesia, especially in West Kalimantan, Indonesia.; -Maintaining the relationship with clients and investors from Indonesia, China mainland, Australia, and Hong Kong; -Wrote reports of basic metals and economic market research weekly, especially of Alumina Nickel and Gold industrial; -Coordinate and cooperate with the local and overseas banks in order to finish the deal. Achievement: -Acquired eight green fields of aluminum mining right in West Kalimantan, Indonesia; -Maintained the relationship with Governor of Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia, and helped the Bupati to win the election of 2012; -Participated in negotiations of project in Industry Park in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Department: Financial Insurance Department Key responsibilities and achievement: -Participate in designing the first China student loan credit insurance - "national student loan credit insurance" that help poor students attend university. -Help 300,000 poor students attend university -Subsequent transfer to Finance Insurance Department and responsible for co-operation between banks and insurance product development and risk control. -Participate banks and insurance programs of co-operation in negotiations and auditing.
