My position covers a variety of projects and I do all the creative design work for the collateral for each. Print collateral, wide-format displays, digital graphics, and social media marketing. Also, maintain Drupal websites, and 3 Facebook pages. Keeping it all fresh and tracking the analytics is fun to me. I enjoy learning what makes something tick.

Assisted Sales Staff and Management in all aspects of entry and maintaining orders, running various reports, producing packages and presentations, calling prospects and scheduling appointments for sales staff, and covering front desk and various administrative duties. Maintained proper paperwork and order entry with a high level of accuracy. Pulled reports as needed, including pre-logs, post-logs, invoices, late-runs, audience delivery/post-buy analysis reports, etc.Worked with sales staff and clients in researching and resolving discrepancies; worked with traffic operations daily. Prepared multimedia presentations and supporting documents. Coordinated sales project merchandising and promotional support. Occasionally participated in outside sales functions / presentations. Entered makegoods, answered phone calls, and monitored underdelivery.

Successfully managed and coordinated graphic design projects from concept through completion. Worked meticulously with clients in the creation and completion of visual designs, and regularly achieved deadlines, and maintained budgets. Successfully created, motivated and directed production and installation teams. Regularly met client objectives, including operational, strategic, quote/invoice, financial and administrative functions.

Helped launch newly created Southern Division office. Came on board as Sales/Film Booker. Quickly gained accounts and was promoted to Assistant Division Manager. First female to hold that position with company.

Started my film career as receptionist, and received promotion to New Orleans Film Booker. Continued to gain experience and was promoted to Dallas Film Booker. Continued to gain experience and was offered position as Sales Manager with New Line Cinema in 1986.
