I work with my clients on a wide variety of projects and contexts using a very collaborative and robust UX process. I'm interested in many industries and types of users, especially ones that inherently have more complexity associated with them. Sometimes that includes complexity related to the user's goals, emotional context, or workflow. Other times that might complexity is related to the industry/context itself. Regardless, the tricky problems are all opportunities to translate the chaos into delightful and satisfying user experience. Embedded in a mature Agile development team, I designed UX solutions for a specialized technical audience and managed a huge amount of complexity in doing so. I used the entire UX process while working on Clarity (the leading genomics lab information management software (LIMS)), including user testing, Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
