IPI (now known as USEO - www.ipi.fr) is an international industry, specialized in B2B food-quality plastic (aero catering, large-scale distributors, supermarkets, etc.).I was a member of the IT department, a small team with many roles and responsabilites, allowing to work on a large range of tasks.First part of my job is about Software development: - Development of new components and new features in the internal ERP (developed from scratch by the existing team) - This ERP is used by the whole company for end-to-end business process tracking - Marketing, Order, Planification, Production, Accounting, Financial Teams) - End-to-End project management: Needs analysis, Specification, developments, documentation, define new work processes, QASecond part was about Business Intelligence, creating Dashboard, Weekly emails or Data Mining tools for all departments of the company (Markets, Production and Financial Analysis, Stocks and products tracking...). Developed using ETL from many data sources and QlikView / Open Executive as BI solutions.The last part was SysOps: Network and database security, Server management, IT fleet renewal, daily tasks (Active Directory Management, etc.) and IT support to end-user.

Development of a new Web ERP of the company, replacing the old one. End-to-end project with needs study, specifications and development. This ERP is able to follow clients, orders, invoices, tracking provided services, real-time dashboards and computed statistics.This project has been developed using PHP 4/5, MySQL, Apache, web sockets. Creation of the system architecture (servers (Linux/Debian), computers, networks (Wired and Wireless) and backup solutions).
