Team Lead IT Help Desk at Chapman University.IT Projects: - Used Scrum Project Management Techniques with the deployment team to install CrashPlan Code42 Cloud Backup system to over 3000 computers on campus.- Worked with a Sysadmin to build and deploy custom Windows 10 VM for Help Desk student workers to maximize efficiency of their work and eliminate downtime.
