Luca's newest project is aiSynergy Leadership: Navigating the Crossroads of Education, AI, and Resilience.We support schools and colleges ready to explore thoughtful and ethical integration of Artificial Intelligence for the collective betterment of their community and humanity.Luca is an inclusion and resilience facilitator, management consultant, coach and production specialist for in-person and virtual trainings & workshops.American-Italian born in England and raised in Rome, Italy, Luca came to the USA in the '90s to pursue his film studies and career in the entertainment industry.After successfully writing and directing award-winning projects and producing films distributed by the likes of Netflix, Amazon Prime and Lionsgate, Luca turned his attention to coaching and facilitating directors on working with actors. In 2012 he co-founded The Director's Edge, and in 2015 The Director's Studio ~ Hollywood; ultimately turning his attention to ‘story-metrics’, and how to best leverage the universal resonance of the 'hero's journey’. He would later develop ‘Your Hero's Journey - The Quest for Your Life’ personal development program. In 2017 Luca joined Fulcrum Leadership Institute facilitating corporate development, management & staff training. In this capacity, Luca has worked with the likes of Meta, Google, Netflix, NBC Universal, Tazo, Virgin Galactic and Los Angeles Unified School District. Presently: During the 2020 Lockdown Luca joined the Creative Facilitations team, migrating his skill-sets into virtual platforms where he facilitates, consults & produces DE&I virtual management training sessions for a leading social media tech company as well as other select clients.Trained by Former-Vice President Al Gore in the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, Luca trained in Pittsburgh and mentored Los Angeles 2018 as well as the first virtual training in 2020. At Fulcrum Luca heads the Climate Leadership Programs which help participants overcome feelings of powerlessness associated with the climate crisis, identify and implement a Climate Leadership Action Plan and foster a sense of community in what is poised to be one of the greatest challenges of our era. Luca divides his time between Los Angeles, California ~ Santa Fe, New Mexico ~ Rome, Italy
