In-house responsible for redesigning and streamlining finance area processes and procedures (accounts payable, accounts receivables, reporting). Development coordinator of a cohesive redraw in cost accounting procedures; supportive to the streamlining of supply, warehouse, production processes. Project coordinator for the new ERP implementation.In the previous three years I held the position of general manager in a medium firm focused on luxury furnishing (classic and contemporary), my task was to develop and implement a comprehensive firm redraw both to the point of view of the corporate organization (make or buy evaluations, analysis and redraw of processes, ISO 9001, redefinition of tasks, ...) and the whole planning and control structure (reporting, budgeting, business planning, financial statement, gap analysis, pricing, KPIs of 50 agents network, clients and products profitability, ...).Over the previous four years, spent in a management consulting firm, I focused professionally and academically on planning and control issues.Professionally my work consisted in assisting the planning and control responsibles and reporting directly to the CFO and/or CEO of the client companies. For each theme deepened I developed methodologies and operated independently managing time and resources (up to 4 people) assigned on the project, reporting outputs directly to the customer.I also followed a parallel path of academic growth focused on forecasting techniques of performance. My tasks were to propose, develop and produce new teaching materials for the Bocconi University (in 2011) and for the SDA Bocconi / ECCH (in 2012) and to teach "profit planning" in the MAAC master course of "disclosure to financial markets".I focused on techniques and models of sales forecasting and on the design of control systems and P/L schemes in sales/marketing/AFC functions both in retail and in the production industry.
