The position consists of receiving the client's request, knowing the project requirements, then planning a budget and, finally, forming a team. Always maintain active communication and determine the strategies and methods of collaboration to be on time with the deliverables.The next step is the creation of the project features for the campaign. During this stage, the main task is to manage project timelines, workloads and teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly.Conduct weekly meetings and design project milestones.Both in the process and at the final product I participate in the design and creative coordination of the project and at the final product I approve the project, and send it to the client for approval and changes, if necessary.Finally, the main responsibility is to ensure that the product has no flaws and is ready, always looking for improvements of the same and to work with the client.
