Venue IT Manager main responsibilities:- Assessment process for the allocation of IT Equipment to the Functional Areas at the venues; - Carry out space and FF&E planning for all IT spaces at the venue; - Produce and maintain the Deployment and Operation schedule; - Participate in producing the Venue Project Plans in coordination with other internal and external project managers; - Ordering all IT equipment; - Coordinate with Venue Logistics the deliveries of IT equipment at the venue; - Manage the deployment/decommission of the IT equipment deployed in the venue. - Work closely with the IT suppliers to ensure their commitments for the Operations at the venue are in sync with what is required; - Maintain responsibility and accountability for all Games IT equipment deployed at the venue.

Project Manager responsible for the implementation of the IT infrastructure for the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup®, 2014 FIFA Brazil’s world Cup® in the city of Salvador - Bahia state Brazil. Schedule definitions (along with organizing committee and city organizations) Scope control (to enforce the FIFA requirements for Competitions at the tournament) Conflict management (Different Organizations and Nationalities Involved) Solution evaluation (evaluating High availability, disaster recovery, fault tolerance) Deployment Team coordination (IT experts for equipment deployment at the venues) Support Team Coordination (IT experts for servers and network support at the venues) Risk Management (risk log, mitigation actions, risk evaluation and classification) Integration Management (Main contact point between FIFA IT and Organizing Committee, and also with city representatives)Coordinator in charge of the of the Level 2 experts and the Service Desk team for IT support and project delivery at the CONTAX call center in Porto Alegre city Brazil. Managing resizing projects for about 4000 call dispatcher positions constantly Coordinating the Service Desk team to respond to near 4000 user´s needs Coordinating the level 2 experts support team for the Telecom, Database, Operating Systems and Network solutions. Responsible for the relationship with the IT Services customer.
