CurrentAssist development of transmission lines and renewable energy projects by acquiring permits and crossing consents from a variety of landowners, such as utilities (electric and gas), local and federal agencies, railroads, canal districts, Tribes. Prepare NEPA documentation, and provide permitting assistance, project management, and agency coordination services to utilities, developers, and Federal Agencies. Conduct wetland delineations, biological studies, due diligence assessments. Certified in NEPA and species specific biology surveys. Applying over 20 years of consulting experience to assisting clients in meeting their visions.Have produced NEPA documents for encroachment permits for utility and road crossings of canals; prescribed fire; vegetation treatments; critical habitat designation; development of hospitals; funding of justice centers; and utility grants on behalf of USFS, BLM, BIA, USFWS, IHS and various private clients. Clients have included Tucson Electric Power, Southwestern Power Group, Clearway Energy, sPower, Arizona Water Company, and Native American tribes, to include Navajo Nation, San Carlos Apache, Swinomish, Quechan, Tohono O'odham, Ak-Chin Indian Community, and Taos Pueblo; Familiar with irrigation project permitting requirements, including San Carlos Irrigation Project, San Carlos Irrigation and Drainage District, Hohokam Irrigation and Drainage District, and Central Arizona Project.
