Cece Yang is an enthusiastic educator and speaker. She is the founder and CEO of WeTop Education Group, Inc, providing private school and college admission consultant, STEM academic tutoring and online learning. she is dedicated to serving talent youths of thinkers, creators, and leaders a world-class, cross-culture international education. She is also passionate about funding, operating and growing cutting-edge research and technology-driven international innovative schools and entrepreneur education for young, preparing them for the future career and life success in the more and more rapidly-changing world.Prior to founding WeTop Education, Cece partnered with others through the journey of Yotopro Education and Culture LLC and US-China Education LLC. It well prepared her for her next venture. Cece is a thought-provoking and action-centered leader, with the rare enthusiasm to Experience ventures, to Explore unknowns, to Exchange ideas, to Educate minds, and to build international E-community, which is 5E’s implemented in her international exchange programs. Actively participate and support several professional organizations, Cece continually works hard and builds up her reputation as a speaker to deliver information succinctly, with tremendous passion, candor, humor, and warmth. She graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in China, pursuing an MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown. Before she moved to the states, Cece served as an Engineering & Electronic Lab Instructor at China Petroleum University (Beijing).
