Composed correspondence to various constituents, on behalf of the Assembly Republican Conference Leader James N. Tedisco. Correspondence included, but was not limited to: letters, e-mails, citations, speeches, etc.

Duties included, but were not limited to: answering phone calls, taking detailed messages, mailing projects, filling out forms for mail and other items, faxing press releases, preparing press releases for the respective member's Assembly web page, working with Word, Excel, and other writing programs, proofreading, maintaining the graphics requests excel file (located on the server), and any/all other tasks asked of me.

Worked within the Assembly Minority's Office of Member Services as an administrative assistant. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to: answering phone calls, faxing various important documents, proofreading press releases and mailers for the members, data entry, typing labels and preparing documents to be mailed to the office of one of our members, stuffing envelopes and filing paperwork. These and other tasks were completed accurately, in a timely manner, and while professionally interacting with co-workers and members of our conference.

Received phone calls from the members of the New York State Contract and answered the various questions that they had. These questions were related to the following topics: hospital claims, co-payments, participating hospitals, and other inquiries related to the NYS Contract. In addition, I wrote correspondence to the members, their dependents, and providers (all correspondence was HIPPA compliant).
