Cecelia Evans, an Inc. 5000 entrepreneur, is a talent acquisition executive with a nearly 30-year track record of developing sound go-to-market strategies and producing strong revenue growth for government contractors and global firms. She had P&L oversight for $40M+ in annual revenue, and 50 cross-business pursuit/capture teams and program managers. She managed large-scale contract implementations involving collaboration across internal groups and external partners to establish cross-functional teams, universal operating models, and integrated service delivery platforms.She holds a Master’s degree in applied behavioral science from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Washington & Jefferson College. Cecelia is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, an elite entrepreneurship and business training program.
