Responsible for training prosecutors and law enforcement on the national and state level on best practices, policies, and procedures for federal and state child exploitation investigations and prosecutions. Drafts state wide policies, standards and procedures for investigation techniques including locking and encryption, search and seizure of internet/electronic service provider data, data privacy, legal analysis, compliance, discovery, and post-conviction supervision compliance considerations.
