 Responsible for providing excellent customer service to a very loyal following  Sales of pet products and natural pet foods.  Checking in and out grooming clients and booking grooming appointments.  Placing and receiving orders, and inventory control.  Supervising the staff and evening close out.

 Open and close the showroom each shift as the only employee in the store most of the time. Approach customers as they enter the showroom and follow-up with customers who have purchased products to ensure that they are satisfied with their investment and the installation process.  Tracking accounts, processing work orders and entering payments on our computer system. Additional responsibilities include: Maintaining the cleanliness and attractive appearance of the showroom. Coordinating with customer service colleagues and district managers to handle different aspects of installation scheduling and keeping up to date with our line of products and services.

 Conducts service appointments with members. Includes body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and review and instruction on the proper form of exercises.  Consult with members to determine and define customer specific needs and problem areas. Advises members on methods of solving fitness needs or problems and recommends specific solutions.  Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with the members personal fitness and exercise goals and continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.  Continually monitor the facility, including locker rooms for cleanliness and tidiness. Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal established by the Fitness Manager and work closely with the sales team on involving new members in personal training.  Current certified with the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist, and have a current CPR certification and AED certification.
