Take incoming calls from state employees about Time, Payroll, Benefits, BOBJ and LMS issues. Use SAP systems to view, enter and maintain employee personnel information. Utilize HEAT system to log issues concerning benefits, personnel and payroll earnings, time entry and employment verifications to escalate them for assistance. Also assists with processing incoming emails, US Mail – including electronically filing to create ticket via Beacon verification. Navigating for Training and also shadowing recon. Knowledge of HEAT, SAP/Beacon, ESS and Avaya phone system.

Process changes (new hires, terminations, employee data changes, etc.) for Stores and Corporate Departments in Ultimate Software UltiPro HR/Payrolls system. Audit employee data as necessary using Cognos BI reports. Audit employee time cards and key payroll for Store employees. Assist with garnishments process. Key insurance elections into HR system. Compile and distribute notifications during Benefits Open Enrollment. Process employee Leaves of Absence in system. Answer employee and third party questions concerning taxes, employment dates, and job history. Assist with E-Verify issues.

Assist customers with coordination of outfits. Arrange Store displays. Cashier duties include processing layaways and credit applications. Assist with daily stocking of new apparel items.

Coordinated and keyed data for the daily reports in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Supervised ten employees for key projects which had to be completed within the shift.
