Held various roles starting as a staff nurse in psychiatry in 1985. The trust was then called medway health authority, then became north kent nhs healthcare trust, then thames gateway nhs trust, then west kent nhs trust and finally kent and medway nhs and social care trust.My roles included staff nurse, health visitor, CPN, ward manager in mental health acute care, unit manager in older care mental health assessment unit, locality manager, intake team co-ordinator, complaints manager, clinical governance manager and named nurse for safeguarding children, I was also joint project manager for Agenda for Change.
