I am an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force JAG Corp. I have held a variety of positions within the base legal office at Joint Base Langley- Eustis, VA. As Chief of Administrative Law and Chief of Adverse Actions, I managed all aspects of the installation's Adverse Employment Action Program, to include: Punishment Actions, Employment Termination, Military Rank Demotions, and probationary employment actions and counseling. I also served as head attorney-advisor for all internal workplace investigations on matters concerning sexual harassment, hostile work environment, bullying, and general misconduct. I have extensive litigation experience within the military justice system, representing the United States Air Force in courts-martial, administrative discharge boards, and adverse clinical action proceedings. I am also appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) with the United States Attorney's Office. As a SAUSA, I prosecuted civilian misconduct committed on military installations.
