Cecelia's journey with the Parham Group's Development team began in January 2017 when she joined as a Development Intern for Noah's Ark Development. Her rapid ascent within the organization is a testament to her exceptional talent and dedication, culminating in her recent promotion to the Vice President position in December 2022.​​Throughout her tenure, Cecelia has played a pivotal role in guiding prospective clients through every stage of the development and consultation process. From conducting market feasibility studies to navigating the jurisdictional process and overseeing facility design and construction, Cecelia's comprehensive expertise ensures the successful execution of projects nationwide.​​Collaborating closely with the General Contractor and Design Team, Cecelia ensures that each project aligns with the esteemed standards and qualities synonymous with a Parham Group facility. Her contributions have resulted in the development of over 617,904 square feet of projects, valued at an estimated $60,288,076.​​Beyond her role within the Parham Group, Cecelia is actively engaged in industry conferences and events, where she shares her insights on self-storage development. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), holding the position of Social Media Chair. Additionally, she is involved with the Young Commercial Real Estate Advancement Network (YCRAN) as the Director of Membership.​​With five years of experience as a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent with Keller Williams, Cecelia brings a wealth of knowledge in land acquisitions and leasing tenant representation across retail and industrial real estate sectors.​​Cecelia's academic achievements include graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development, supplemented by a minor in Finance. Her multifaceted skill set, coupled with her unwavering commitment to excellence, continues to drive success and innovation within the Parham Group and beyond.​
