As a coach and leadership consultant, I work with clients on a range of areas including developing leadership style, identifying purpose and values, communication skills and adapting workstyle and approach. I have a structured approach to coaching in order to develop tangible behavioural change related to specific identified objectives. Where relevant I aim to integrate the wider context of the coachee’s role and organisational culture into the process. I have a particular interest in developing high potential talent with a focus on presence and gravitas. In addition to individual coaching, I work with teams to explore shared values, strengths and derailers, and this can be embedded into wider strategic offsites. I also deliver assessments for senior hires, and specialise in the Hogan psychometric suite, which I utilises for both development and assessment purposes. This can also be used alongside 360 assessments which provides additional insight and feedback.
