Marketing for the venue includes concerts, trade shows, running races, and 72 Tavern and Grill, a 200-seat sports bar attached to the venue itself. Serves as the manager of game operations for the AHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, the Utica Comets. Organizes any pregame ceremonies/special events, anthem singers, ceremonial puck drops, ice crew, intermission promotions and promotional time outs; writes scripts and organizes graphics and videos for the video board. Also acts as the In-Game Host, which entails interviewing fans during the game, players post-game and on media days and cutting and editing video footage for video boards. Also writes weekly articles featured on the Comets webpage, yearbook and social media.

Serves as the event manger for the Utica Memorial Auditorium. Is the production contact for all concerts, expos, and special events that take place in Utica's most historic arena.
