Assure compliance and secure appropriate documentation with regard to all Federal, State,Local and Company policies and laws in the areas of safety, training and environment. Oversee, review, and audit the safety and training programs; identify safety and training needs; conduct audits of safety training material and provide updates as needed. Conduct new hire training and review all new hire documentation to ensure proper procedures have been followed. Monitor projects, operations and programs. Contractor audits and contractor compliance. Conduct and oversee accident investigation procedures. Audit operator certification documents and procedures as well as other feedlot safety practices. Monitor and facilitate monthly safety reviews.
