I am a certified professional coach and hypnotist who helps employees reduce stress and eliminate unhealthy habits, develop a resilience mindset, avoid burnout and maintain (or reignite) their passion, purpose and zest for life. I help leaders strengthen their EQ and create high-performing teams whose members trust one another and work together towards a shared vision and common goal. Prior to my current role, I spent 25+ years leading highly-successful training initiatives. These initiatives resulted in creative and effective learning solutions that enhanced employee performance and increased company growth. As a successful team building consultant and trained MBTI practitioner, I am an expert in the administration and application of psychological type (MBTI) and, as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, I help my clients understand themselves and others better so that they are able to effectively communicate and build strong relationships.I graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism and received a M.Ed in Instructional Systems from Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, I obtained my professional coach certification from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and my hypnotherapy certification (Rapid Transformational Therapist) from the Marisa Peer Method School.
