I am a specialist in policy analysis and evaluation with eleven years of experience supporting a wide portfolio of domestic and international initiatives that include gender equality, child well-being, access to health services, infrastructure, migration, as well as structures of social protection systems. I have gained considerable expertise in research and evaluation management, in particular in outcomes measurement, data analytics, reporting and knowledge dissemination. I combine graduate training with experience working with cooperation agencies (IADB, IFAD, MCC, UNDP, and USAID), academic institutions, not-for-profit organisations, and governments in a dozen developed and emerging countries in North and Latin America, Western Europe, West Africa, and East Asia. My professional interests focus on contributing to building local capacity of social policy analysis and promoting evidence-based decision-making. I am always interested in finding new ways to communicate findings of relevant evidence to decision-makers in ways it is impactful in improving people's lives. I enjoy finding new visualization resources to improve the presentation of evidence.
