Participated in a series of Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Compliance Assessment Management Program (ESOHCAMP) assessments for the U.S. Air Force Pacific Command in Asia.

Built and managed a staff of up to 8 environmental professionals in SAIC’s Raleigh, NC office. Responsibilities included business development, project/contract management, and technical performance of environmental projects.Provided air emission inventory, air permitting (Title V, PSD, minor source), and air quality compliance and planning support to various Department of Defense (DOD) installations. At Fort Fort Bragg, NC, marketed and won 9 consecutive USACE task orders to provide air quality-related regulatory compliance support. Directed the preparation of emission inventories, permit applications, environmental assessments, and an ODC Elimination Plan and Risk Management Plan. Procured and directed similar work at Fort Drum, NY.Provided air quality regulatory development support to the USEPA’s Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS), particularly with respect to the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) and general conformity. Conducted environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance assessments under a variety of protocols and regulatory statutes for the USDOD, USDOE, USDOT, and USDA. Provided CERCLA and RCRA planning, permitting, and compliance support for various clients including the USDOE and USEPA. Provided NEPA related support to the USDOE, USDOD, and NASA including the preparation of both programmatic and project-specific environmental impacts statements (EISs) as well as environmental assessments.
