Represent the Company at a Project Level. Liaise with clients via site meetings and direct communication. Handle project correspondence.2. Implement Company Procedures into Projects Set up Project specific WHS Plan and manage implementation and compliance. Set up Project specific Quality Plan and manage implementation and compliance.3. Manage Co-ordination and Documentation Control Attend drawing co-ordination meetings to negotiate space requirements for the mechanical services. Transfer co-ordination agreements to draftspersons for inclusion in drawings. Ensure latest documentation is correctly distributed to all relevant parties.4. Programme Planning and Implementation Review latest head contractor construction programmes. Set up Statewide programme to include all activities relating to design, drawings, procurement, manufacture, delivery, construction, commissioning and handover. Monitor and manage activities to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Co-ordinate deliveries to site in accordance with programme requirements.5. Contract Administration Prepare and submit monthly progress claims in conjunction with head office. Prepare and submit variation claims. Follow up variation approvals. Minor procurement, as required, up to predetermined agreed value.6. Management of Site Activities Liaise with Statewide site supervisors to control installation times within budgeted allowances. Organise and manage subcontractors. Manage project commissioning. Handover project on time, within budget, without defects. Handle any issues arising during defects liability period.
