I have experience in risk, occupational health and safety, security and facilities, tenant services and building maintenance in the Western Cape. I managed a portfolio of corporately owned buildings and oversee risk to transport services.Monitoring the usage of space in line with the applicable allocation and current plan. Stakeholder relationship management and customer liaison of all Service Providers, tenants and company management.Developing policies, standard operating procedures, monitoring compliance and addressing non adherences to policies and procedures. I manage and administer contracts, tenders and service level agreements. I devise budgets and cost saving plans in the current financial year for the year ahead. I complied with Occupational Health and Safety Act and all applicable legislation for 2020 and achieved a 99% score for our insurance audit. I am responsible for the management of staff, fixed, movable assets and report directly to the 16.1 of my division.Under my care was buildings, electrical, fire protection, detection, mechanical maintenance and cleaning services, business continuity and emergency preparedness plans.
