Lead property maintenance staff person responsible for the day to day maintenance and repair of the 198 unit Park Bluff Apartment facility located in Milwaukee, WI. Tasks included, but were not limited to: ■ During extensive property remodel, served as point person and main contact with lead contractor on the project. ■ Conducted move out apartment inspections and cleaning, and installing new appliances, fixtures, carpeting and painting in preparation for new tenants moving in. ■ Initiated a quarterly property inspection and evaluation procedure. No such inspection process existed prior to my hire.
