Data is collected from all storage and related resources, VMAX, VPLEX, UNITY, VNX, XtremIO, Isilon, ECS, RecoverPoint, Brocade SAN, VMware/vRealize, HPe Synergy and other platforms and more. A member of the Premier Support Delivery organization serving as a single point of contact for all Brocade Technical Support activities for Brocade Premier/Premier-Plus Service Provider customers. Implementation of DCX8510-4/8 (with ICLs) directors and 6510/6520 switches. MTP Fibre cabling design. Implementations across data centers. Cisco UCS FI and TACACS+ integration with 3PAR and Netapp storage. BNA/MAPS configurations. Cisco MDS to Brocade SAN migrations. SAN Health processing and reporting. Performance evaluations and problem isolation and resolution. e.g. Slow drain devices and ISL congestion/latency issues. FOS firmware management and upgrades as necessary.Developed a web based application to report SAN migrations with detailed port mapping and tracking of every WWPN in a fabric.- Verify every physical WWPN source SAN port and track to target SAN port- Track every NPIV and ensure logged into the fabric after migration- Report exceptions on any missing/failed logins or incorrect port mapping.- Ability to run reports every few minutes with minimal collection effort.I also created XML import files of zoning and aliases for BNA. Created 100% accurate zone sets with cross checks against the original fabric.

Designed and implemented several storage/SAN projects including: EMC CX4/VNX/DMX/VMAX, Isilon, EMC Unisphere, EMC SRDF/TimeFinder and Connectrix Manager, IBM SAN Volume Controller (SVC) and DCS3700. Implemented storage tiers and thin provisioning to drive greater storage utilization and efficiencies. Worked with several Multi-path software types (PowerPath, SDD and native MPIO) across Linux, AIX/VIOS, ESX, Windows and HPUX. Managed Brocade SAN (DCX/8510, 48K, 5300) and SAN routing (7800s) across two data centers. Numerous projects to streamline operational abilities and accurately report on storage/SAN utilization and enable rapid problem isolation. Automated runbook creation and processes to facilitate refresh activities for storage, SAN and servers. Updated, corrected and automated SRDF processes to ensure DR copies meet SLA targets and enable successful DR testing. Trained and mentored multiple team members on new storage technologies including brown bags, migration procedures, problem determination, performance evaluations, replication and use of software.

Consulted with a large nationwide retailer to provide AIX/HPUX system administration support and Y2K preparation.
