Since the start of my professional career, I have developed a passion for the compassionate education of multicultural topics and social identities through intentional learning opportunities, campus-wide engagement programming, and strategic diversity action planning. Through action and research, I am a firm believer that transformative organizational change is necessary to help move higher education from access to success for all students, faculty, staff, and administrators. The knowledge and experiences that I've gained in K-12 education, a non-profit organization, and higher education have prepared me to frame this work rooted in diversity, inclusion, and equity through intentional relationships and educational opportunities to promote strategic and sustainable institutional change
