I acquired work experiences on surgical technology, supply and laboratory management, preceptorship, and manpower supervision as well in both tenures.The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic unfortunately brought me at a crossroad that I never thought I will ever encounter.My choice to transition from direct patient contact role to one in area of allied health will somehow satisfy my need for a higher level of safety that will afford mental and physical well-being in my quest for further growth and fruition in my career.As Part-time Individual Provider , I will bring my vast experience as a health care professional with my leadership, resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to the new changes accompanying this transition.
