Transaction Support Director - JV and investors: responsible for investors relations and in particular negotiation of JV agreement, implementation and day-to-day.- Transaction (acquisitions/sales): managing Due Diligence process (NDA, DD process and reports, SPA negotiations), overseeing investment models and investments papers. Member of the Final Credit Committee (final committee before committing to buy or sale) with the Head of Investment and the CFO.- Financing: responsible for banks relations. Real Estate debt restructuring/Special Servicing -Maximization of recoveries for lenders in defaulted situation by for example, restructuring debt or improving assets through real estate asset management to increase values Transactions: Coeur Defense, Gemini, Argos and Lloyds Chambers (France, UK) – GBP 3 billion- Review of the underlying assets (tenancy schedule, market review, site inspection)- Legal and Financial review (debt and hedge structure, loans documentation)- Strategy assessment: documentation amendment, work out process, enforcement or /and sale of the property or the loan- Strategy implementation: negotiating with borrower, lenders and hedge counterparty, enforcement (court applications, appointments), applying for planning consent, organizing the sale process- Debt valuation (MTM)Other business- Loan Valuation - Valuation of mezzanine or senior loans for third party- Business Development - Prospecting new clients/targeting new opportunity - Loan book acquisition – advising clients on their loan book acquisition
