· Creation, Implementation and management of a new financial operations team (3 people) in charge of customer billing, collection, cash receipts, operations metrics, maintenance budget· Development and implementation of new policies and reporting across departments (sales, customer service, finance, credit risk, corporate), across countries ( UK, Germany, France and US), such as past dues analysis, operations metrics, contracts validation and review· Documentation of desktop procedures around financial operations activities· Coordination and participation as business manager to IT tools changes project within Financial operations team· Organization, coordination locally and review of answers from business, operations during audit· Leading and implementation of collection procedure, past dues analysis, reporting· Supervision of the billing closing· Engagement of people on the collection, billing closing calendar, maintenance budget, metrics reporting· Participation to the culture change· No audit issues· Billing delivered even if a key accountant with 30 years of experience left accidentally the company· No dismissals within 3 years

3 months temporary position- Assist the senior GL accountant to become the GL accounting manager- Assist the senior AP accountant to become a PTP accounting manager- Streamline GL and AP processes as a Finance expert following the SAP implementation

- Direct Management of two employees and indirect management of fifteen employees in seven countries and three departments - Creation of a cash culture within C.C.E.: lobbying within Finance, objectives and target setting, assignment of Roles and responsibilities, training and communication- Participation and creation of the Shared Service Center (“SSC”) in Bulgaria: defining processes, recruitment, training, and support- Coordination & resolution of problems faced by the Retained Finance team and the SSC: policies improved- Coordination and implementation of the Finance dashboard via a single platform and a standard tool

Five years of continuous change in terms of role and responsibilities:- Direct management of 2-3 persons, and indirect management of one customer accountant - Legal audit of foreign subsidiaries located in France, with manufacturing activities (sales < 100 M€), or commercial activities (sales < 30 M€), government organization (grant < 30 M€), - Closing Books, Completing French tax returns, all French taxes, management reporting for foreign subsidiaries located in France- Implementation of reporting in compliance with customer HQ needs
