I served as an organizational consultant and executive coach to doctors in public and private healthcare companies. My focus was on optimization of organizations and processes, change management and leadership effectiveness particularly during mergers and during efficiency efforts.

I served in research and development and product marketing roles of increasing important at Unilever, Yves Saint Laurent, Laboratoires Cosmetologiques de France and L’Oreal. I was named co-inventor on 6 patents for haircare products used in Europe and India and developed haircare and skincare products.
