Marie-Curie Fellow studying a type VII secretion pathway, the Mycobacterium abscessus ESX-4. This project aims to unravel the structure of the 5-protein-complex using cryo-EM, X-ray crystallography, SAXS and integrative modeling. In collaboration with the Forschungszentrum Institute of Borstel and the University of Versailles, the unique substrate of ESX-4 will be under our magnifying glass (NMR & biophysical characterizations).
