About Cecile Trijssenaar

Stories for Wellbeing start up is a transformative wellbeing programme that deepens our intellectual understanding of ourselves and enables us to integrate our knowledge into our daily lives. No one should be feeling anxious, depressed, unhappy, invisible, not heard, inferior, overlooked, unappreciated or unsafe at work. Wellbeing programme should empowering the user, raising them up so that they can know themselves and be confident and be able to express themselves fully so others understand and appropriate action is taken. We need to get to the root cause in wellbeing and not attempt a surface level fix. We need to focus on that which makes us human and give us the tools to understand ourselves and our power. Only the mind can overcome the emotions. "Books give a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything" - Plato. For key personal I am presenting Plato on plate with my Stories for Wellbeing the only proactive, preventative and mind based wellness programme that is transformative, effective and sustainable. Based on neuroscience it uses the power of literature and your own narrative to create micro shifts in your brain that lead to powerful macro shifts in your way of thinking. In this way you are able to break free from that which holds you back, and find your hidden or buried true potential. If you would like to know more about this programme please feel welcome to drop me an email at cecile@storiesforwellbeing.com or visit my website www.storiesforwellbeing.com"Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind" - Rudyard Kipling
