About Cecile Trijssenaar

Stories for Wellbeing start up is a transformative wellbeing programme that deepens our intellectual understanding of ourselves and enables us to integrate our knowledge into our daily lives. No one should be feeling anxious, depressed, unhappy, invisible, not heard, inferior, overlooked, unappreciated or unsafe at work. Wellbeing programme should empowering the user, raising them up so that they can know themselves and be confident and be able to express themselves fully so others understand and appropriate action is taken. We need to get to the root cause in wellbeing and not attempt a surface level fix. We need to focus on that which makes us human and give us the tools to understand ourselves and our power.
