My role within PACE (a parent-led service organisation which embodies UWCSEA’s mission) combined various tasks as Communication Coordinator. I helped with the redesign of the organisation’s logo and website (design, development, content creation/implementation and overall follow-up). I am also in charge of promoting the organisation’s events and activities by coordinating with the team to gather events and activities information, creating relevant promotional material (content and design) and by posting the different material on various platforms (website, social media, school app).

My role as a volunteer is to help with the redesign of the organisation's new website (design, development, content creation/implementation and overall follow-up).• Understand the association’s needs and support them with their new website’s requirements.• Preparation of the new website structure and wireframes.• Brief and coordinate the new website's look and feel with the designer.• Build technical briefing based on the needs (front end and back end).• Brief and coordinate the development team.• Provide support to the organisation with content creation and implementation.• Provide overall follow-up and quality control.

My role within Karakas (a digital agency located in Brussels) combined various tasks as Account/Project Manager. The clients handled were mainly associations, think tanks, NGOs, and multinational organizations: European Climate Foundation, EERA, ECOS, EIF, The Lisbon Council, EED, EHTEL, LeadIT, Insurope, Sony Depthsensing, and many more.

My role within Delilah Creative, a creative boutique agency, combined a wide range of tasks. The accounts handled were principally start-ups and small businesses: Michelle Lavergne Coaching (Personal Trainer), Set Free Crossfit (Crossfit Gym), Aerospring Gardens (Edible Gardening System), Alexandra Cousteau (Filmmaker), ChangedEdu (Education Company), H.O.M.E. (Singapore-based charity), B. P De Silva Jewellers (Jewellers)...

My role within VERTIC Singapore was to deliver projects for one account - PayPal. The projects involved the production of content and design for various digital campaigns (including EDM, Web Pages and Banners). The campaigns were used by PayPal to acquire, attract, convert and retain customers.

My role within RAPP Singapore was to deliver projects for Juniper Networks and Toku (GlobalRoam). The projects involved the creation and production of websites, applications and EDM (both desktop and mobile).

My role within POSSIBLE Worldwide was to deliver projects for one account - SAP (Global). The projects involved the production of sales and marketing materials (i.e. videos, presentations, storyboards) for SAP to sell their services and solutions to potential customers.

My role within Walking Men (a design agency based in the centre of Brussels) combined various tasks as Account/Project Manager. The accounts handled included: AB InBev, Toyota, World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), The Belgian Nuclear Forum, The Belgian Red Cross, The European Payments Council, Generation Awake (in collaboration with the European Commission), AGC Europe, LUKOIL, WEP (World Education Program), AXA Private Management, Participate Autism, TreeTop Asset Management…• Primary liaison with clients, members of the team and suppliers. • Ensuring that the clients’ expectations are met and exceeded. • Trouble-shooting issues to maintain outstanding project delivery.• Providing stringent quality control.• Handling all projects from start to finish (web and print based). • Leading briefing sessions and participating in the strategic and creative process until project completion.• Managing operations and implementation of online and offline projects.• Maintaining precise control of planning for all key milestones of all projects (including presentations, approvals and production).• Controlling the financial health of all projects.• Handling multiple briefs and projects at a time, leading to the smooth delivery of each.• Day-to-day contact with various suppliers (printer, copywriter, translation bureau...).• Preparation of accurate quotations for various sized projects, based on clients’ requests and briefings.

My role within Guru PR Ltd (a London based agency specializing in the technology, IT, new media and entertainment sectors) combined PR duties with general administration.• Client liaisons; media relations; preparation of a diversity of literature (e.g. press releases, fact sheets, biographies).• Event organization and management for product launches. • Building relationships with key contacts; creating and reacting to opportunities for client exposure • Handling the administration of Guru PR’s clients, the company’s accounting and suppliers.• Conducting research into new business prospects; preparing presentation on Guru PR for business pitches; and drafting outline proposals for newly won clients.
