During those years we enhanced the EMEA platform to stabilize the solution and deployed it to the APJ region. Over two thousands users successfully joined the platform with a net benefit of 15 million dollars per year in licensing only. After another period of enhancements with changes to major functionalities such as the management of end of life products, the automation of intercompany entries, the automated recalculation of estimated delivery times, we deployed this global plaform to the US. Its successful deployment led to a significant decrease of OPEX and CAPEX and initiated the move out of an obsolete and captive technology.During those years we also moved from a waterfall approach to agile scrum in which I was deeply involved in order to help the order management team in this shift.
