Passionate about Customer Success, I am now the Delivery Lead for BeNeLux, leading the team of Engagement Managers (Services Pre-Sales) and Program Managers. I've been CSG BeLux Country Lead and had the chance to lead the Professional Services Team for BeLux as Services Engagement Director.Before that, I led major implementations as Program Manager, and have been Account Executive EBU for Utilities, Retail and CPG in Belgium for 2 years.
