As a Section Manager 4 I currently lead 2 value streams with leadership responsibilities for 40+ bargaining unit employees. I have ownership ensuring my department is able to safely build high quality product at a rate that met the customers’ expectations, at the lowest possible cost. I am responsible for meeting and exceeding all people, quality, velocity and cost metrics. I have recently successfully lead a new assembly line in sourced to East Peoria. I played a key role in all logistics, process and assembly operations with the Value Stream quickly exceeding all metric goals . The extra Value Stream was successful with no negative impact to my other area of responsibility.
