Ecocom AB (acquired by Calluna AB in 2019) was a consulting company specializing in nature and ecology. The company worked with both land and water environments. As an environmental consultant, Ecocom's business idea was to contribute with knowledge where environmental issues play a key role in the development of our society. During my time at Ecocom I was • Responsible for the financial operation, including - accounting and invoicing - financial reports and information - credit management - cash flow analysis - advice in financial decisions - budgeting - etc.• Responsible for HR, including - employments - salaries - etc.• A member of the management team• Working strategically to develop our business when it came to the administrative areas, which was important for us as a growing company• Appointed acting CEO in the absence of our CEO (in August 2018 and August 2019).
