Responsible for creating architectural 3d visualizations in areas such as residential, interior, industry, health care, urban planning and landscape design. I use the tools 3ds Max, V-ray, SketchUp, Enscape and Photoshop. I perform continuous internal sales of the product provided, either by networking through the company channels or performing demos. My deliveries include both low and high level renders which depends on the project. I also perform sun calculation studies, on site photography using system camera or coordinating drone drivers, VR, AR and contest images to be pitched for architectural competitions. Achievements- Several of my renderings have been a part of winning architectural competitions. This is an important subset in the process of generating more work for Tengbom.

Had a key role in starting up the 3d visualization and floor plan creation department.Worked mainly within the residential architecture sector. My main responsibility was to create the interior/exterior visualizations and floor plans using SketchUp, 3ds Max and V-ray renderer.As a project manager I was responsible to coordinate outsourced distributed teams tasked to deliver floor plans.

Had a key role in starting up the 3d department at the company. Took the responsibility to train co-workers in 3ds Max in order to assure quality and raise the group knowledge.Main responsibility was to create interior and exterior 3D-visualizations of new development housings using SketchUp, 3ds Max and V-ray renderer. Also built virtual interactive realtime simulations of complete residences that could be accessed and utilized through a web interface by the end users. As a project manager I was responsible to coordinate outsourced distributed teams tasked to deliver floor plans and 3d visualizations. Worked with customers in the real estate business (e.g. Bjurfors) and community builders (e.g. PEAB, Småa, JM, Derome and A-hus).

Supplied real estate agents with customised floor plan images to be used during the sale process of residences. The floor plans were created using the tool SketchUp. Supported the customers with color profiling branding for their product to advertise a distinct design.

Created highly detailed 3D-models of automotive interior parts in the software package 3ds Max using V-ray. These were mainly to be used in car configuration web pages (e.g. Volvo car configurator) and sale images. Detail level were provided down to the level of seams, as for example the seatings and steering wheel. Following the end of this internship, I was hired to do a couple of freelance jobs.
