Hello! My name is Cecilia Commero and I am currently a student at Saint Joseph’s University studying marketing with a minor in graphic design.I have worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years in upscale casual, high-volume establishments. I have gained organizational skills and learned how to lead a team by communicating what to do to efficiently achieve a common goal through various front-of-house roles.On my campus, I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi which has helped me grow as a professional, and I will be serving on the executive board as VP of Marketing in the 2024-25 academic year.In the future, I hope to hold a creative role in marketing in either the fashion or entertainment industry. I am currently looking for opportunities to help me learn more about these careers and gain hands-on experience as a marketing professional. Because of my interests and experience, I am very flexible, teachable, and determined in the work place. By using my creativity and the soft skills I have gained, I can easily apply them to various situations to bring new perspectives and help a team excel.
