As an Architect with 24 years experience managing and coordinating large scale pharmaceutical, food, med. tech. and mission critical projects (with budgets of up to $350 million), I have an inherent understanding of all phases of complex projects from brief development to client hand-over.My relocation to Shanghai was a result of my solid leadership abilities and use of methodical and logical approach to managing large projects and architectural teams.Projects that were repeatedly completed on schedule and on budget.As a Principle Architect and Head of Architecture in Shanghai I work as part of the Senior Management team to develop business development opportunities and to increase the capabilities and capacity of the China office.I liaise with Clients, manage presentations, collaborate with other disciplines, provide technical oversight, ensure the quality of all documents and drawings, develop systems to streamline delivery times and costs and actively participate in all aspects of the design process.A large part of my role includes creating and presenting client-facing proposals across all sectors. This has contributed to numerous projects wins including: Roche, MSD, Merck, Reckitt Benikser, IFF, AZ, Just Bio., etc.
