 Oversee all activities of ICT department to ascertain excellent communication between machines and humans.  Manages the company's IT network, Corporate Database, Servers, Passwords, backups, CPanel, clients and keep security systems in workable condition. Investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage statistics , making recommendations forimproving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installations for IT solutions. Serve… Show more  Oversee all activities of ICT department to ascertain excellent communication between machines and humans.  Manages the company's IT network, Corporate Database, Servers, Passwords, backups, CPanel, clients and keep security systems in workable condition. Investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage statistics , making recommendations forimproving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installations for IT solutions. Serve as a Database Administrator to company’s Database called JIBS ENTERPRISE SOLUTION, manages ICT infrastructures. Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database outline. Develop, maintain and implement the policies and procedures necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the corporate database Solely responsible for the performance and integrity of the database. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups / encryption and also system upgrades. Create backups, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support. Determine who should have access to the company IT network. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.  Web page Design and contents management system. Create awareness on our products and services thru internet / online advertisement. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Ensure departmental and individual adherence to the minimum network security standards. Management of Stocks and Sales Database and generating stock reports on request. Perform daily data input / update on the database. Educate staffs on general ICT infrastructural use.
