Within the Sales & Marketing team at Molinas Hotel Group, I support the enhancement of the identity and visibility of our four properties, rated 4, 4S, and 5 stars, located in Northern Sardinia, including some in the renowned areas of the Costa Smeralda.I manage communication and event activities aimed at consolidating the positioning of each hotel.My responsibilities include:- Coordinating the activities of the creative agency responsible for managing the properties' organic social media, supervising content and collaborations to ensure a consistent and high-quality digital presence;- Supporting the planning and development of advertising campaigns across digital platforms and print, with attention to brand positioning;- Overseeing the production of photo and video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and other marketing activities;- Managing the coordinated image and design of communication materials, including print materials and staff uniforms, ensuring that each element reflects the group’s visual identity and values;- Collaborating in event organization, guiding clients from concept definition through to final execution to create memorable experiences.
