Houston Area Driving Schools (C#1715) was established in March of 2002, after Houston Community College decided to close their driver education program. So, Mr. Earnest Weatherford ,who was a supervisor and teacher for Houston Community College for seventeen years decided to fulfill one of his personal goals by opening his own driving school. Our school is located in Bellaire Texas at 5959 West Loop South, Suite 190, we are next door to Episcopal High School. Houston Area Driving Schools specializes in Teen and Adult Driver Education and our staff is composed of former Houston Community College instructors. Our instructors are licensed by Texas Education Agency (C#1715) and each instructor averages 30 years experience or more in driver training. Houston Area Driving Schools has partnered with large corporations and small business developing successful global mobility program. Our focus is to help new and existing drivers become safer drivers on the road. We help new drivers not only get a driver license, we also help them become better drivers for life.We can help streamline global mobility programs with the following:Driving evaluations/assessments before issuing a rental car. The evaluation consists of picking up employee from work or home and evaluating their driving skills in 2 hour duration. During the evaluation, we can access and validate overall driving skills.Houston Area Driving Schools is a Certified DPS Road Testing School, We can administrate the road test for our clients and students.
