In a career spanning over 30 years, Cecilia Minaya, an accomplished accounting and finance professional and leader, has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Cecilia currently serves as Controller at Cherokee Wood Products, Inc./Arrowhead Planning Mill in Upland, California. Cecilia is involved in all areas of accounting work, and has consistently met all companywide expectations. Previously, Cecilia served similar positIons at Bertolini Corporation, De Oro Holdings, Amorcast Products Company, Marsan Industries, Birchwood of Los Angeles, and Canada Shoe Mexicana. Throughout her career, Cecilia has developed and refined her skills in all areas of accounting and financial work, has spearheaded many successful initiatives, and sees accounting organizations to their peak potential. She has also been a key player in executive management teams. Cecilia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Audit from Universidad De Lima.
