I began my career in 2004 while I attended college. In 2006, I was promoted to Agent Supervisor and was responsible for opening and supervising over 20 agent locations to sell the company's telecommunication services in the Los Angeles County area. In 2007, I was promoted to Kiosk Supervisor and was responsible for supervising sales employees and assisting other supervisors' kiosks in the Los Angeles metro area, while maintaining the highest sales results out of all retail kiosk departments. Besides opening new locations, hiring employees, training employees, and motivating employees, I was also responsible for increasing customer loyalty and retention by providing customers with excellent customer care. In 2008, I was promoted to assist Director and Vice President of retail sales. Some of my duties included working with the marketing department to create and implement retail and telemarketing events, reviewing monthly retail department expenses of all 10 Southern California retail locations, completing inventory, and assisting with reviewing the monthly sales performance of over 150 employees. I was also responsible for creating monthly meeting agendas and executing meeting needs for retail managers and the Director of Sales. Finally, as an administrative assistant in 2008, I was also manager of the corporate wireless store where I assisted with wireless launches and supported the Vice President of retail sales.
